Terms & Conditions

The use of E franchise website is subjected to acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below:

1. E-Franchise is a division of Loans Connect Pty Ltd with the registration number 2013/022503/07 Herein referred to as the Company and the Licensee is the buyer of the license which is you.

2. The company operates through its own and licensed outlets under the name E franchise, a business of arranging and negotiating financial and other products on behalf of the client. The Company intellectual property is owned by Loans Connect Pty Ltd

3. The licensee will use the Company products , service , trade secrets, training manual for the purpose of marketing .

4. The Licensee agrees that they shall be an independent contractor and will never be in the employment of the company

5. On acceptance of the agreement the licensee will be registered with the company books as such and relevant fees will become payable :

5.1 . If purchasing the Silver package the licensee agrees to pay R3700(Three thousand

5.2 If purchasing the Gold package the licensee agrees to pay R5500(five thousand and five

5.3 If purchasing the Ultimate package the licensee agrees to pay R7500(seven thousand seven hundred rand)and shall be entitled to 70% of commission earned by the licensee hundred rand)and shall be entitled to 80% of commission earned by the licensee and five hundred rand)and shall be entitled to 90% of commission earned by the licensee

6. All Commission payable are subjected to the Company receiving full payment by the supplier/service provider. The licensee further agrees that the company shall not be responsible for payment of commissions not paid by the service provider/supplier to the Company.

7. All marketing cost shall be payable by the licensee ,The use of company logos and intellectual property must be approved by the company .

8. The licensee agree that all commission payments will be paid via electronic fund transfers , The licensee further agrees to give the company 14 days notice should there be a change in the licensee bank details

9. It is deemed the licensee duty to keep records to all sales and leads and agrees not to hold the company responsible for mistakes.

10. The licensee agrees never too to abuse misuse the company intellectual property , the licensee is also responsible to maintain this with their staff.

11. This agreement will at all times remain confidential at all times and not be disclosed to third parties

12. The licensee agrees that they will not communicate directly or indirectly with the companies service providers/supplier and shall not encourage customers from doing so as well

13. The licensee further agrees to complete a full licensee agreement before intellectual property and system access is granted
